We also worked on our color recognition. We had bowls full of pink, green, and yellow items. L had a great time pulling out individual items and exploring them. He would also look at his item and then look at each of the three bowls, almost as if he were mentally categorizing his item haha.
We also made some more edible finger paint! I had a shower curtain liner down this time and it made cleanup so much easier! I need to get some more food coloring, currently all I have is blue and green. He still had a great time smearing the paint onto the shower curtain and eating what was left on his fingers.
